Trestman is bright and knows his stuff, he just may be one of those coaches who can't do it at the HC level but his resume speaks for itself and is much than what happen in Chicago. Solid hire best fit in my opinion.

Does he run the WCO?

From everything I've read it's basically the WCO but focuses on a lot of short passes to get the ball out quickly. However I heard Pat Kirwan and Tim Ryan talking about Cutler and they said that this offense is the most player friendly you will ever find. They couldn't understand why Cutler was struggling when others in his system have put up career numbers.

I'm sure we'll learn a lot more in the coming days.

yup he is a wco guy, no different than Kubiak, much more of a short passer though but that is good thing in today's league. Running backs also get a lot of passes in his offense..

Working with Flacco after dealing with Cutler, the guy is going to have a woody longer then 4 hours. Hope his health is good, From a QB who had an arm but bad attitude to Joe Flacco, who's never had an OC he didn't give 100% for. And has a better throw then cutler could only dream about'
Business as usual for the Ravens, making good things happen after being poached of it's coaches, again.
