kubiak had the unfortunate situation of being in peyton mannings division for the majority of those 8 years, otherwise were not talking about an 8-8 team year after year, your talking about the 10+ win team they were when Manning wasnt there. Id like to think his other accomplishments are great enough that people can see past his record.
