Looks like flavor-of-the-day media speculation. But if it actually happened, it'd be kinda funny in way. Cousins would go from one QB soap opera starring Robert "Annual Injury" Griffin III to another starring Johnny "Party Boy" Manziel.

As for rantsports.com, I'd give more credibility to a Magic 8 Ball than anything they say.

So I am not sure about this "all over the place" you're claiming. A Google search of "Kirk Cousins Browns" brings up the aforementioned and outdated NFL.com article and a speculation piece on rantsports.com.
