We let Joe walk after having the best postseason in NFL history since Joe Montana, and our solution would have been what? Trade up to get Geno Smith? Go nab one of the other high quality free agent quarterbacks that year, Kevin Kolb or Ryan Fitzpatrick? Tebow time? Tell Tyrod Taylor it's sink or swim time?

His contract keeps him a Raven for a while. If he played for Bruce Arians, Flacco would be a super star, That's a great coach. Coaching has done nothing for Flacco but hold him back. The great kubiak today tried running against one of the great players in the league and failed. The great kubiak did nothing to protect a 20 Million dollar QB, history shows that if you rough up Flacco, you win. Harbaugh and kubiak should hang their heads with their coaching today. They made Pees look better then both of them. Ask Justazlow what he thinks of that. SMH

I'm telling you all that it was Cam Cameron in a Kubiak suit. I cant wait till somebody hires him to be their head coach next year (we should all be so lucky)

I agree that the offensive gameplan today was a bit lacking, but saying that you hope Kubiak leaves is a bit ridiculous. This has been one of the best Ravens offenses that we've ever seen, yet you want to get rid of him because of one bad game?

This. Crazy to me that everyone seems to forget. A week ago we were singing their praises.

Ravens need a heart specialist, these guys are not using 100 % of their hearts. Must be a blockage somewhere. LOL

I was speaking about the next time his contract is up. I believe it's a 3 year deal the way it's structured.

    Don't be so sensitive.

If you guys are interested the Bengals would love to have Joe Cool. Maybe he just needs a change of scenery.

It has been said many times that his deal is essentially a three year deal because crazy cap hits will start coming up after year 3 and it will likely have to be restructured in order to not kill the team financially. However, it is a six year deal in reality. They can cut him after year 3 (i.e., in 2016) for a cap savings, but unless they re-work the contract they'd also have to take on a hefty $26 million dead money hit. So Joe's not going anywhere, nor should he. He has his flaws, but you don't get rid of a quarterback that has shown he can win you a SuperBowl (at least not if you're smart...)

I don't think I'm being oversensitive. Joe's been pretty solid all year up until this game.

Do you think Packers fans were wondering if Aaron Rodgers was worth the money after last week? Do you think Indy fans were questioning whether Andrew Luck is the long term solution after today? I highly doubt it.

Face it. We've got a franchise quarterback, so deal with it. It took us 12 years to get one, but we finally did. And you build around your franchise quarterback, not run scared hyperbolically when he has an off-game. Even franchise quarterbacks have bad games, you know.
