Re: 2015 WR's To Watch
Btw...those links on Agholor should give you a button to rev, pause and slow. These buttons are coming up as just graphic placeholders -if you will- here at my job (using Chrome as always, which is fine at home), but hopefully, yall can see and activate them.

Re: 2015 WR's To Watch
Pac12.com hosts 60 min condensed games, so that's good.
Trying to find a buddy that has the package, so that I can use his login lol...but I might just buy the damn thing myself.
MWC is free, but their servers are horrible and just navigating to each game is horrible too.
B1G online (aka BTN, I think) is much, much better. Good servers and easy to navigate.
Haven't tried SEC.
I don't think ACC hosts/archive games at all. Someone check me on this.
Haven't tried American Athletic (Perriman, Hardy, the Houston guys, etc.) or XII (Baylor, TCU, etc)
EDIT --
XII - Yes. Full games and are listed under Multimedia -> On Demand. Looks to be all games available.
From here... http://www.big12sports.com/club/std/...B_OEM_ID=10410 filter on "Category: Game Replays" and "Sport: Football"
American Athletic -
SEC - Yes. Start here http://secsports.go.com/news/football ...then scroll down the page and keep loading more clips and eventually you'll get pass all the post season isht and start seeing some games. Geez...they make it so damn hard for us draft-nerds!Last edited by BigPlayReceiver; 01-07-2015 at 04:21 PM.

Re: 2015 WR's To Watch
No to Sammie Coates.
Not a good fit for the WCO and he is basically the same type of player that Torrey is, but taller. Outstanding speed. He just seems like he is too much of a project.Disclaimer: The content posted is of my own opinion.

Re: 2015 WR's To Watch
Starting watching Jaelen Strong. Quick first impressions...
Pro: Wins in the air
Con: Casual with his routes"The Ravens are not taking Jimmy Smith at 26!" -- Me, the day before the 2011 Draft

Re: 2015 WR's To Watch
Lemar Durant.
http://www.d2football.com/viewnews.php?id=25893
All highlights. Might never see cut-ups on this guy.
Men among boys, so clearly winning in the air.
Footwork at 1:10 and 4:09 made me smile.
Good transition during double-move routes. Pretty much just jabs and goes.
I didn't see any comebacks or outs in the embedded video, so that's an unknown.
Not a burner, but appears to have above average, if not excellent vision."The Ravens are not taking Jimmy Smith at 26!" -- Me, the day before the 2011 Draft

Re: 2015 WR's To Watch
For folks with Pac-12.com access; maybe put the UCLA game at the top of the queue.
Strong faced 6'1 CB Priest Willis (soph) and went 12 / 146 / 0
Other top match-ups:
USC & Josh Shaw (6'0-6'1) ... 10 / 202 / 3 (last TD not Shaw's fault lol)
UWash & top prospect Marcus Peters (5'11 "Darqueze Dennard type" guy) ... 3 / 55 / 1"The Ravens are not taking Jimmy Smith at 26!" -- Me, the day before the 2011 Draft

Re: 2015 WR's To Watch
Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.

Re: 2015 WR's To Watch
I think Jeffery is a good physical and play-style comp.
Remember that Jeffery, the Gamecock, didn't win in the air that much at all...certainly nowhere near as much as Strong, who clearly has that phase of kinesiology down cold. He has good situational awareness as well. He's a WR in a WR body...not some athlete out there just catching lob-after-lob.
I'd wager that Strong has hands close to Jeffery's 10 1/4."The Ravens are not taking Jimmy Smith at 26!" -- Me, the day before the 2011 Draft

Re: 2015 WR's To Watch
I would probably ask Strong to lose about 5 pounds or so to see if he can gain some quickness...he certainly looks bigger than the 215 he's listed at.
I agree with BPR...he also needs to work on route running...I think he relies on just being bigger than the DB's too much.
But I think he has the feet to do so.
To me, he reminds me of a bigger Anquan Boldin.Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story.
