The Ravens have a tenuous cap situation at best due to the Ray Rice, Hiloti Ngata, and Dennis Pita contracts. I doubt they are seriously considering it. But oh the possibilities.

Wow, Jackson has a 12 mil cap hit in both 15 and 16. Thats not happening.
