    All grandmothers are sweet but if you messed up the other side comes out, both of my grandmothers were great and I miss them both. My mom's mom was the one who said she would beat the piss out of me if I broke her very valuable vase, lets just say I didn't breath near that vase LOL.

    My dad used to beat my ass way worse than this when I was younger...I think the pictures just make it look bad. Those are minor bruises.

    I agree. The last time my Dad whipped my ass I was 14. He went out to get a switch and came back with a damned tree. He started beating me all around the basement and my Mom had to pull him off of me.

    He regretted it later and never hit me again. I probably deserved punishment but that thing was way thicker than a switch.

    I got the fly swatter treatment from my grandma. My dad chased me around the yard with a rose bush stem. Never hit me though. lol
