    Someone touched on it earlier, but I think Monroe's influence can't be understated.

    Last season, he came in during the middle of the year, Osemele was hurt, Gradkowsi was ineffective,etc...but now that Monroe has been here the full off season, his work ethic and training regimen has rubbed off, and it's showing.

    Yanda has always been a hard worker, and country-strong, but I think that Osemele was a little bit chummy with McKinnie, and it affected him (in a bad way) in his 2nd year.

    Now, the whole line is buying in to not only working hard and in great shape, but also trying some alternative training methods (yoga, etc) that are really adding flexibility and athleticism.

    It's fun to watch.
