That is baloney. I'm tired of watching this team be not prepared. Just because "we" don't know who we would hire, doesn't mean there are not plenty of people ready to be head coaches.

Why do you all say they were horribly unprepared? Maybe they just PLAYED bad

I was pretty disgusted, I couldn't call it, but a nice stand to hold the Browns to the FG. Still in this game, but need a TD NOW. If not NOW, the game is really over.

Billick can't make the plays for the players.

I usually don't get into this QB debates and stuff, but why not put Kyle in now. It's not like McNair has been all effective today.

No, and we will always act like we have more time than we do, we will waste our timeouts, we'll forget about the play clock, and the 2-minute drill will always be a joke.

I don't believe that. This isn't college these are pros. They don't need some rah-rah crap. So far today Cleveland has not fooled anyone. That's what I think unprepared is. I mean did Gregg and Ngata and Lewis etc stop being good players. I think they are being out played TODAY. It's up to them to step forward and try to change that today. Coaching staff can look to see if there are any SYSTEM breakdowns thats what they are responsible for.

I am as loyal as any fan. We may be expecting too much from them. When you look at the games thus far this year, its easy to say we should have 2 (or possibly 3) losses already this year. Thank God for Stover. But even a solid Stover would not help today.

We need some drastic changes if we are going to make the playoffs. Its early though...

    1st, Willis for 5.
2nd and 5, complete to Heap for 3.
3rd and 2, complete to Mason for 5 and a first.

1st, from the 33, Willis for 3. No urgency here.
2nd and 7, McNair escapes a free blitzer on the sack, and guns it downfield to an open D-Will. Good gain!
