HoustonRaven - The Wire on BluRay
Not going to happen. I'm pretty bummed about that, but it was shot in 4:3 and from everything I've read there is no way HBO feels that they could recoop the costs for remastering it in BluRay/HD.
Guess I'll just get it on regular DVD...Disclaimer: The content posted is of my own opinion.

Ah. I see what you're saying now.
Yeah, it sucks watching it in 4:3 but it's been out in the market for so long, I kind of see HBO's point.
Had The Wire enjoyed the ratings of a show like The Sopranos, it would have been done already.
