Ravens OTA, Mini-Camp etc. News

OTA's started yesterday and todays is the first one open to the media.

Only thing I want to see is Upshaw not being out of shape for the 3rd season in a row.

Are OTAs voluntary or mandatory? I know they have a mandatory minicamp in June. Usually, the "out-of-shape" stuff happens when they report to camp, as they have one last large break between OTAs/minicamps and TC where a guy can lose focus.

OTA's are voluntary, but I do seem to remember Upshaw's probably being an issue around this time last year and Harbs challenging him to get in shape before training camp.

Yeah, i always thought that was a misprint in earlier talking points, but apparently they are considering Jensen EVERYWHERE on the line. Intriguing, would certainly give them a lot more flexibility.

Webby said the offense is running all types of routes, keeping the defense on their toes.

Webby also mentioned that he sees a big change in Matt Elam, he's more vocal and confident in the calls he's making.
