Who knows but it got to a major sports cable channel. It's come a long
way and the gals already took it to national TV, so what's next is anyone's guess.

BTW, Sam isn't the first one to annouce it. Kopay, a RB came out of the closet back in the
60s and 70s and admitted that Smith, a Redskin who died of Aids, was his first love.

An o-linemen for U of Pitt tried to kill himself. Baltimore writers back then were much
harder on Kopay than they are of Sam so it's come a long way. They don't have to jump
off a bridge and they will be drafted if good.

Here's a list of stars announcing their status including Billie Jean King, the famous
tennis player. Baltimore star Pam Schriver did a lot of doubles with her on the court and
many thought they were partners of another kind but that wasn't true.

Oh, you didn't know? This is a thread about a gay athlete (Michael Sam) and AIDS is the gay man's disease. Arthur Ashe passed because of AIDS-related ailments, so he must have been gay too....right? Right?

....never mind the fact that Ashe's doctors deduced that he must have contracted HIV during one of the TWO open-heart surgeries he had in the late 70's and early 80's. Oh, and never mind that he was married up until his death...to a woman (granted, as Vito from the Sopranos showed, being married does not preclude one from being gay).

Depends on how attractive they are. Anything below a solid six and I have no more interest in watching two chicks make out than two guys.

As the old saying goes, "All women are bi. They're just a six pack away from acting on it." Unfortunately my wife doesn't drink.

Yeah, I haven't heard all that many. I think I heard the, "they better not come on to me," line about 10 years ago.

Best remark I ever heard from a gay guy was "Life is like a dick. When it gets hard, fuck it."
