Sankey is a situational back in this league, just my opinion.

And I've read reports that Jernigan is in great shape right now, and is cut at his weight.

He is what Courtney Upshaw SHOULD be.

Totally not worth a 2nd rounder though. ;)

Just for full disclosure...Mosley is my DROY.
Board, don't take this as a shot at Mosley....

But that's pretty much a given. The award usually goes to MLB'ers who put up lots of tackles. the DROY award is basically the stat-stuffer award, and LB'ers have the easiest path to stats(tackles). IT would take nearly double digit T/O's from Dix or Pryor to unseat the obvious candidate in Mosley.

ON Offense, I'd pin my hopes on Watkins... and.... wait for it.... Manziel.... Name recognition might get him the award if he merely starts a dozen games.

You don't think Clowney or Mack have a shot???

He also looks much smaller than that 320 lb guy. Hopefully he can use similar leverage in a legal way against men that much larger than him.

I think both of those guys will have even greater shot than Mosley. Mosley will get PT but hes still going to be in a rotation.

Clowney went somewhere that he wont be doubled. I think hell get a good many sacks and those do count heavily for DROY. Mack I think will outplay everyone and will be hard to take off the field. Hell be racking up tackles as well as sacks. I think the early money is on him to be DROY.

it will take well into double digits to surpass Mosley's likely triple digit tackles.
It's really a sad award in that way.

Alonso and Ogletree didn't win it last year with triple digit tackles. Hell...Alonso was 3rd overall in tackles. Richardson had 77 tackles and 3 1/2 sacks.

    77 tackles for a DT... that's extraordinary.
