He looks OK to me. Its called the offseason for a reason.
Most quarterbacks in the league arent in great shape, and they dont need to be. Even guys like Kaepernick arent that impressive compared to where they could be if they put the time in. If Flacco actually worked out consistently he could probably throw the ball like 80 yards, with a 4.6 40. Oh well
