Re: RSR 2014 NFL Mock Draft - Picks Thread
I think it's Pick #68 - Atlanta Falcons (Money227) on the clock for some time now. It is a holiday weekend.

Sorry guys. Holiday requirements in full force. No commentary until Monday, but to keep draft going...
Atlanta Falcons select Bishop Sankey, RB, Washington.

Agree completely. Definitely thought about Hyde and Mason. Just like Sankey's versatility and receiving ability in Atlanta's offense. This RB crop is all about fit in my opinion. I might be off on what Atlanta is looking for, but I feel like Sankey is the best fit for them and I don't think he's around in the 4th.

Re: RSR 2014 NFL Mock Draft - Picks Thread
Last year is a good comparison. I believe the top RB consensus prior to the draft was, I believe, Eddie Lacy? And he ended up being the 4th RB taken.
I think skill set is definitely going to be a factor. The RB position is going through some major metamorphosis. Gone are the days where you find that "one guy" to be the workhorse. Now you have multiple backs, each with their own role. And that's why more and more, older RBs struggle to find a home after their deals expire, because it's easier to draft a role-based guy and build your running game by committee..
