The Raiders wanted either Watkins or Clowney. All these QBs taken early helped them get one of those 2 guys from their list. I'm sure some other GMs further down are going to be thrilled for the same reason.

I think Raiders should've been heavily in on Robinson, given that he's gone by 3 in almost every mock I've seen, and Donald Penn isn't exactly a world beater at LT, or even a long term option.

But, definitely hard to pass on Watkins there.

I don't like Robinson at all. I heard a scout on SiriusXM yesterday talk about Robinson is only a top prospect because of his physical stats and that he only plays to the level of a round 3 prospect. He certainly has the potential to be good but will he ever get there? I don't think he is anywhere near Fisher or Joeckel from last year. After the whole Robert Gallery mess the Raiders are better off with more of a sure thing in the 1st round.

If that were to happen. As a Ravens fan I'd be happy because they are grabbing players that aren't an absolute need for us. Gives us a better pick at 17.

I am thrilled with all these picks so far, this is my first mock tho. kind of enjoy seeing who picks who for each team given them being the GM. Excited to see who the Falcons pick. I bet that pick is gonna be "Money".

LOL, since when do strange things not happen on draft day?

Go back every year and compare 'experts' mock drafts to the real thing....they won't match up

Doesn't that just further point to the possibility that the Rams may be interested in moving on from him?

    Come on man.

    This is for grins.

Not entirely directed at you JAB, but why do folks take anything with the word "mock" in it so seriously?

That's also why the experts revise their mock drafts all the way up to the night before the draft. Every team is leaking all sorts of BS and it's almost impossible to see through it. The Texans who are the 1 team that doesn't have to lie don't even seem to know who they want.

This board knows football and many know the draft. The mocks done here always are interesting and definitely in the realm of what could happen.
