Whenever we get started back up, here is who is on the clock:

    (69). Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Jayday414

The last pick was 68. Atlanta Falcons (Money227) choosing Bishop Sankey (RB, Washington)

With their 3rd round pick, Tampa Bay selects DL Dominique Easley from U of FL

Nice. Easley is a sleeper. Would have been a first round pick, if not for the injury.

Easley is probably the perfect guy for Lovie's defense. Nice pick

With the 65th pick, the Houston Texans select Keith McGill, CB, Utah.

Kareem Jackson sucks and Jon Joseph has a history of injuries. McGill is 6'3" 215lbs and has surprising athleticism and coverage ability.

I like McGill for us in this draft. I think you bring in a big guy like that you feel better about pressing with both corners allowing Webb in the slot.

as far as the Texans and this mock go, it would seem to be a good value/fit, imo.

I brought up McGill on this board a while back. Pretty much everyone said he sucked. Since then, his stock has skyrocketed. :D

Ive only seen a little tape on him, because i guess there really isnt much on him at the end of the day. He got hurt and played FS for a bit and really only has one year of tape. Looking at his combine performance though hes seems really smooth in his hips and has good speed. I liked him as more of a sleeper, not that hes moving up im not sure where I take him comfortably. 3rd round seems fair but 48 is probably a little early so we may not get a chance at him.

Jacksonville needs a playmaker for their new QB, and selects Mettenbergers teammate Jarvis Landy, WR from LSU

I don't recall many saying he sucked only that he might be a good candidate to jump back to safety.

Must have been a different conversation. I don't recall any talk about a move back to safety and people definitely were saying he wasn't very good. They just kind of blew him off, so I did too until I started hearing more and more about him.
