Break Out Player of the Year?
Last year it was Mosley, Wagner, B. Williams and Forsett. Am I missing anyone? Who on the current roster is going to explode this year? The candidates I see are:
Jerrigan - Increased playing time and a very encouraging 1st year
M. Brown - Will get his opportunities
Gilmore - Presently our #1 TE, as scary as that is
Campanaro - Needs to stay healthy
Juszczyk - (can I buy a vowel?) 3rd year, ceiling maybe too low
Urshel - Man down? Plug him in
W. Hill - DB of choice
Elam - (ducking)

Taliaferro. He was on pace to have a pretty good season as Forsetts back-up last year and he should get more involved with the offense this year.
Let's win the f**king game.

Art Brown. Daryl Smith unfortunately gets injured. Art Brown lights it up in replacement.

Re: Break Out Player of the Year?
There are a number of players who could beak out, which is really nice. Your list includes Hill, who was already one of the top safeies in the league, both with the Giants and Ravens.
Glmore has enormous oppotunity and decet upside, lke M Brown.
KLM and Urban ill both be pressed into service, and have a cance to shine. I think the Ravens really need them both to be at leat serviceable.
But my pick for a big breakout is Mosley. He played well for 10 games then slowed down in 2014 In 2015, he'll adapt to the longer season and cement his place as a regular Pro Bowler.

Re: Break Out Player of the Year?
Jernigan, to me, is the obvious choice, but I'm going with Will Hill. I think with another year in the system he truly solidifies the back end of our secondary and earns a big payday in 2016.

Jernignan
Ike Taylor mentioned on of the NFL.com podcast that he trained with Jernigan this offseason and believes he's going to be a beast. With a full off-season under his belt and more opportunity, I expect him to shine.
Honorable Mention goes to DeCosta's favorite pick of last year Brent Urban who, if he can stay healthy, could be Henry Anderson or Arik Armstead is supposed to be.
I'm still holding on the slightest of hopes that Arthur Brown does SOMETHING, ANYTHING.

Yeah, while I was reading the originating post of this thread, I was thinking that I would go with Brent Urban...I see that a number of people beat me to it.
I am glad that we re-signed Chris Canty (I think he can still play), but we can't rely upon him to play 50-60 snaps a game. Urban is the player that I think will pick up the slack in that regard, and I expect him to play extremely well.
