    Re: GAME THREAD - Ravens/Cardinals - Bird v. Bird

Ivy is starting, but they are blitzing him a lot.

1st, Leinart under a ton of pressure, throws it behind his man.
2nd, 37s left, from the 34, complete to Boldin for 5-6. Arizona takes their last TO.

Ivy is the starting CB, UK. He's playing pretty well to and has a sack.

3rd and 5, 26s left, Boldin DROPS the slant pass!

23 seconds left, and they'll bring Rackers on to try to salvage some points.

47 yard try. WIDE RIGHT! That's what I'm talkin about!!!

And Rackers misses wide right. Hmmm.... 18 seconds left and McNair takes a knee. Halftime.

Ta moochly for the update on starting corner guys, nice to hear he's doing alright, interesting to see him playing OK as a starter, he's stunk on the outside at any of his previous NFL stops.

Halftime. Stadium vibe is excellent. Happyness is not a problem.

McGahee is the real deal. So is LeRon McClean. McNair is looking great.

Defense, shut down. Even Cory Ivy is doing an adequate job defending Bolden.

NOW, none of this conservative gameplan bullshit. Step on these guy's throats and let's put the big hurt on them. Make them wish they never had to play us again.

UK, Devard Darling jumped into the stands as well thus the penalty. Two stupid penalties for Devard today on ST he may be cut on Monday

1st from the 35, give to Edge for MAYBE one if he's lucky.
2nd, complete to Boldin, gain of 9, one yard short of the sticks.
3rd and 1, give to Edge who just pushes past, and a first down.

I don't think he will be. Two players jumping into the stands is a really stupid penalty to enforce because it's not delaying the game or showing the other team up.

That delay of game penalty on Williams was pretty stupid as well. He didn't spike the ball.

1st from the 46, incomplete for Fitz, Ivy on the close coverage. Nice play by him.
2nd, draw to Arrington gets 3.
3rd and 7, Barnes gets GREAT pressure straight up the middle and forces Leinart to throw it WAY short of his man. Incomplete.
