It's a cultural thing, I guess. I just think he doesn't realize how bad this comes off or how poorly it's perceived (I blame it on mentorship). For people my age (26) and younger, a joint is about as controversial as a six pack of beer. For people like my grandmother, though, it's perceived like black tar heroin.
Feel bad for the shit storm that's gonna hit this guy.
