I agree. You're putting SanFran in a bad position even if you don't make it and you've got a stellar defense to back it up.

I do not really question the fourth and goal call, but why not an option play or something a little more versatile; especially with a QB like that. In the end, the fact that their Defense can hold the field position and the Return game gave a great place to start makes the decision moot.
