The Ravens FO has SUCKED drafting offensive lineman as of late:

    2008

    3rd- Oneil Cousins
    4TH- David Hale

    2009
    1st- Michael Oher

    2010
    6th- Ramon Harewood

    2011
    3rd- Jah Reid

    2012
    2nd- Kelechi Osemele
    4th- Gino Gradkowski

This year we added Wagner and Jensen, but it is to early to judge. Our crown jewel out of that bunch is Michael Oher. WOW!

In 6 years we got 1 border line starter (Oher) and a bunch of guys that wouldn't make any roster but ours.

Too early to label KO. He showed brilliant flashes.

KO is probably in the same boat as Wagner and Jensen. However, my point still stands. Our drafting for OL has been bad.

Man he sucked so bad this year. He kinda started to improve towards the end of the year but he still sucked. Probably the worst starting center I've ever seen play in a Ravens uniform.

The FO has done a miserable job "building" an O line for several years now. This year's OL was the result: below average starters; worse backups. Think about it -- we kept Ryan Jensen on the 53 WHEN HE COULD NOT PLAY.

Gino is the worst 16 game starter this franchise has ever had. He's absolutely horrendous and under no circumstances can the team "rely" on him as starting C again next year.

Gino was bad. However, he did show signs of improvement as the season went on.

Re: Gino voted worst center in NFL - by PFF

Gino pancaked a guy that spring Pierce on that run up the middle for a good gain but then a guy blew
straight by him up the middle and hit Joe in the end zone and he grabbed his knee as soon as he went
down. So with Gino's improvement it's 0x0=0. I'm sure Joe was cursing at him under his breath when he
    grabbed his knee.

We won the SB when they moved KO to LG and inserted Fat Mac. KO had a bad back and don't forget
Yanda, a great RG who was ialso injured.

Someone mentioned drafting a guard from Alabama and moving him to Center next year. I forget his name.

Yea but it was the type of improvement that indicates he could be invited to a camp to compete for a depth spot....not the kind that would make me feel ok about him as a starter in the future

Everyone has to start somewhere. Players don't play in a vacuum. They can get better with coaching and practice. Gino wouldn't be the first guy to have a really rough year in their first year as a starter and then develop into a decent player.
