It is good that you can get a top center without using a 1st round pick, but I'd definitely target Alex Mack, Robert Garaza, or maybe Goodwin or De la Puente before relying on the draft.

The Raven's history drafting centers is not great (Gino, Jason Brown, Chris Chester, etc). Casey Rabach is probably the only center the Ravens drafted that I liked.

The best O Lineman the Ravens drafted in the last 6 years was Micheal Oher. Let that sink in for a second.

    Agreed.

I can't see the Pats letting go of their leading receiver two years in a row without Tommi Brady throwing a conniption fit.

I don't think he's good enough for that role frankly. He isn't anywhere near the force Suggs is in run defense to play that role. Suggs eventually became a better run defender than even JJ after his first couple of seasons in the league.

Maybe a switch to the 4-3 with Dumervil playing the role he did in Denver, with McPhee the other side? It would be a huge change for the defense, but we have to think outside the box here.

Jason Brown was pretty good for the Ravens.

I think KO will prove to be a very good guard. How people soon forget easily, even if it was the superbowl run.

That was probably the long term plan when they signed Doom. Doom though is no Suggs. I'm not sure how he'll do without a good pass rusher complimenting him.

I'd consider cutting Suggs for an Alex Mack or Jarius Byrd tbh

Jairus Byrd paired with Matt Elam would be disgusting.

However, I have a feeling that Byrd wants to go play for his former college coach: Chip Kelly.

I think cutting Suggs is going to be a huge topic for discussion at the castle these next couple of weeks.

We have Doom, Upshaw, Simon, Hamilton at OLB/DE going into next year without Suggs

And who knows how Pernell McPhee plays into that...is he an OLB? A DE? An under-tackle?

They need to find a spot for him and let him be.
