    Pittsburgh's Pick

If the league takes Pittsburgh's pick and most sources are saying they will, would they give it do us or would it just be gone.

Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.

I'm not expecting them to take their first round pick. Maybe a late pick or move them back a few spots

I agree. IMO the Steelers should lose a pick (5th round or later) so coaches can see the league takes this kind of thing seriously... Bc

Would it matter much to them if they lost a 5th round pick or later?

It's not a huge loss, but it sends a message. You don't seriously think the NFL would forfeit the Steelers #1, do you? ... Bc

A real message would have been if they suspended the coach for a game or two! Honestly, I'll believe they lose a pick, when I see it!
