It's like there is an aversion to getting first downs. If we need 6 yards, let's throw it 30 seems to be the philosophy. Puzzling.

Our offense sucks no doubt. Flacco is a responsible.

This injury though has been undersold by the entire team including flacco.
Yep. He stated that the brace didn't impact his play at all, which certainly wasn't true. He's just trying to be the good soldier Harbaugh wants him to be. I appreciate the fact that he's a stand up guy, but it's obvious he's hurting. Of course, he could have just thrown his teammates under the bus ala Manning, RGIII, etc. etc.

Flacco either shouldnt have played, or the game plan should have been dramatically altered. To pretend the injurywould have no impact was asinine.

I said the OL was bad. I know it goes both ways.

I just think it's a little unfair to act like all 44 sacks are on the O-line. The majority are though.

You're right about the play design. The OL is bad so lets continue to run slow developing plays. They can't block anyway and we're going to ask them to attempt to block a little longer while the plays develop?

Usually Flacco is hot between the 30's. Sure, he struggled to get into the end zone this year, but yesterday was uncharacteristic. He just did not seem like himself. It was like he was just showing up for work to do a job and he seemed tuned out. Weird for sure.

Precisely why I believe the coaching staff is 90% responsible for that performance.

    Exactly.

Isn't that the definition of insanity?????

    Sure is.

It amazes me that everyone on here can see it, but an NFL coaching staff can't. Or they see it but they're too egotistical to change it.

Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

Tyrod Taylor looked horrible. We probably would have gotten creamed by double the amount if he started.

Where's Frank Reich when you need him?

Steve smith sprained his PCL yesterday and he is already listed as doubtful for next week. Meanwhile flacco played on a sprained MCL 6 days after the injury.
