He almost caught it through McCourty's hands. If anything, that should have been a pick.

Still, you'd like to see Torrey hang onto that since he had it. You'd also like to see Rice not try to 1-hand every pass that goes to him.

Defense is prob going to have to win the game today. Flacco is going to be hampered by his knee. Most players wouldn't even be out there.

I'd much rather have Bynes in there than McClain.

Not too worried about it. First pass of the game he is still testing out that knee. Not sure I understand the logic in calling a deep pass for his first pass of the game given the injury. Should get him comfortable throwing on it first. Still was almost completed. Second pass wasn't bad not sure what everyone is complaining about, there. Rice should have easily caught it.

But it wasn't and Torrey had it.

He has to start making those tough catches because not every pass is going to be perfect.

I'm with you. I wish Torrey would've caught it but Joe threw that so badly McCourty almost picked it off.

I'd like to see them dial back the deep stuff because of Flacco's knee.

Short, crossing patterns would be ideal.

I agree. First pass of the game being deep made no sense to me. Don't these coaches ever want to help Flacco make plays? It seems like they just don't put him in a position to easily succeed the way coaches do for all the other good QBs.
