I had never heard of Cowherd before (I actually thought the OP had mis-spelled Coach Cower's name), but: what a great piece of work! Thanks for sharing.
In a 2003 BBC poll that asked Brits to name the "Greatest American Ever", Mr. T came in fourth, behind ML King (3rd), Abe Lincoln (2nd) and Homer Simpson (1st).

    Wait.

ESPN has an overt, purposeful bias against the Ravens. Right?

When he first started out, he came off as an average jerk type of guy just trying to make a name for himself. Over time, he's calmed a bit and you will get some good insight from him.

    "Whatever that means" lolololol.

To be fair, he did say he was poking ESPN in the ribs about this and didn't even want to involve himself with their rankings.

Peter King at the beginning of this sound clip, "Do not let the Baltimore Ravens into this tournament" lolol. http://espn.go.com/espnradio/play?id=10152754

Cowherd is the most intelligent sports talkshow host you will ever listen to IMHO. Love his show.

    THAT WAS AWESOME!

He became Colon Cowturd around here when he said "Who is Joey Votto"? before his first All-Star write in vote (and also won the MVP). But I digress.

    The guy can be entertaining.

He said it in relation to the other all star candidates. He's not a Votto fan or a fan of that contract. He is also very opinionated and not afraid to put it out there which means sometimes he gets egg on his face. Personally I love listening to him because he is so intelligent. But no doubt if you don't agree he can get on your last nerve.

    But that clip was awesome!

I loved the part "...I heard a tapping - it was Justin Tucker kicking down my door"
