Re: Sunday's games
To be fair, it looks like his receiver didn't run that route hard enough.
Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HDAlthough Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.

Re: Sunday's games
I will say, the coaching staff cost them that game, as mentioned, WTF are they throwing for with a lead and not bleeding clock when GB couldn't stop their run...

Re: Sunday's games
Aikman's explanation made sense. On one hand, Romo may have expected Beasley to continue the route. However, considering the trap, had Beasley done so, he would have been led right into Williams, which makes it understandable that Beasley sit it down. I guess Romo was figuring that he wanted to get Beasley in stride to go out of bounds and stop the clock. However, there was plenty of time left.
I don't know, and honestly neither did Aikman. I think he was still in shock."Please take with you this final sword, The Excellector. I am praying that your journey will be guided by the light", Leon Shore

Jason Garrett continues to prove he has no business being a HC in the NFL. We really dodged a bullet when he decided not to come here.

Murray 18 rushes 134 yards
Lacy 21 rushes 141 yards
Sure wish we ran the ball like that!
