They needed to get that next play off much, much faster. Come on.

No one can complain about the refs this game.

    Seriously run a fucking play!

Flacco still can't get the team to the line and run a play before the review. What's the ETA on him gaining that ability? 2019?

This is so stupid. You NEED to run a quick QB sneak there or SOMETHING. No awareness whatsoever.

this team is too dumb to call a quick play.

Bad spot by the officials. Pitta wasn't close to a first down--over a yard short. It won't stand up on review. I also have to give Pitta a thumbs down for not getting to the sticks... that was a timing route and he's got to get to where he's supposed to be.

And on the radio, they said we actually stupidly showed the replay on our board to give them a look to see it and challenge.

Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.

Is there anything worse than punting on 4th and Inches.

I disagree with the contention that "it's not even close!" He caught the ball only a few inches short of the red line. I'd go for it.

They -NEVER- do that. If it's a close play/spot/call, you can bet your ass 100 out of 100 times they are going to sub in players and generally give the other team as much time as possible to decide to challenge or not.

We need to teach better situational awareness with plays like that.

If that was Peyton or Brady, our guys would have been on the line ready to get the next play off to minimize the time they had to look at that.

I realize that they probably would have gotten the challenge out anyway but I'd like to see a hell of a lot more urgency there.

Going for it and getting stuffed.
