This Houston team has the hallmarks of a team that has stopped listening to Kubiak. Reminds me of Billick's teams towards the end of his tenure; they had talent and got motivated for the big, high profile games, but otherwise just went through the motions.

That's an interesting comparison. Kubiak's likely gone at the end of the year, they could well have a new HC/QB next year - which is where Baltimore was in 08.
