Rice doesn't have it ANYMORE!

Last week was clearly the exception; this is the Rice we've seen all year. So when you couple that with the play calling, even though this game is basically won, when you give Rex Ryan 3rd/long because you're basically forfeiting first and second down, it's just self-defeating. Caldwell does not know how to run this offense. Could it be any more obvious?
