They need to bring in new position coaches on offense. New QB coach, new WR coach... somebody has got to get these guys playing fundamental, disciplined football. Run your route where you're supposed to go. Don't try to adjust things on the fly unless the route combo calls for it.

As bad as Flacco has been at times this year, you can't blame him for that pick. He's throwing to a spot, like Dierdorf said, and his receivers failed him again.
