Re: Be prepared for one of the most ugly games in Ravens history
Baltimore Ravens @Ravens 12m
INACTIVES: CB Asa Jackson, S Omar Brown, RB Bernard Scott, OL Ryan Jensen, WR Deonte Thompson, OLB John Simon & DT Brandon Williams
Haloti's back, Marlon's back. Stokley's active - wonder what's wrong with Deonte? Could do with the speed, though still have Torrey + Jacoby.
All should help.

Re: Be prepared for one of the most ugly games in Ravens history
Look, I think Ed is basically doing his farewell tour here...but the guy can still play as well as a majority of backup DBs. His football mind is still very sharp.
As I said, one thing I think Flacco has struggled with this year is the timing of his deep ball. Hasn't led receiver as much, instead they have to slow down a bit to get to the ball. Combine that with his career high in INTs, playing against someone as sharp as Reed...he needs to make sure he sees him on the field when he's making his throw..

Re: Be prepared for one of the most ugly games in Ravens history
Why the hell are Deonte Thompson and Asa Jackson inactive?
Why the hell is Stokley active over Thompson?
Is he injured?
If not, my goodness, Harbaugh is such a damn idiot sometimes.
Every time we have ever seen Thompson play he has made plays. He has good hands, runs very good routes, is blazing fast, physical, and elusive.

Oh look...
Another thread that the OP was absolutely correct, yet was scoffed at and called "hyperbolic."
Oh, and I'm just going to go ahead and guess that the posters who mocked the OP won't apologize or admit that he was right.

Nah, we've played uglier.

Re: Be prepared for one of the most ugly games in Ravens history
I appreciate your support, however this wasn't one of the ugliest games, even if it was pretty ugly. I expected much worse, just going by our previous recent meetings on how bad they were offensively. There were actually some signs of life in the passing offense which was encouraging, the running game was awful again, but I wouldn't expect much better against that run def, and our incompetence in that department this season. Still a lot to work on.
