Re: LOL - The real reason Ed Reed was cut?
Guys I hope Rex cuts Ed, then the Bengals sign him on. Then the Ravens can rest assured they will win that last game @ Cincy... Bc

I love Ed but its time to retire.
There is no way even an average Ed Reed loses track of a deep ball let alone make a play on it.
He's finished and its sad to watch.

Re: Reed Signs with the Jets
I read somewhere earlier this week that Reed has yet to be on the winning sideline this year. He missed Houston"s first two wins earlier this year, gets released and has yet to win as a Jet. SMH.
I think Ed knows the end is near.

Re: Reed Signs with the Jets
Just sad to watch. I don't know what any party involved in this situation was thinking. Rex, who knows defense as well as anyone, thinking Reed still had anything left in the tank, or Reed, for joining a bad team, embarrassing himself and tarnishing his legacy on a weekly basis and at this point, that's all he's doing.
It's so far beyond me as to how any NFL coach, especially a guy like Rex, could possibly think a Dawan Landry/Ed Reed safety pairing in 2013 is a viable option. They have to be the slowest safety duo in the league.back on twitter

Re: Reed Signs with the Jets
I'd say that contribution was negated - and then some - when Reed cut off his CB and completely misplayed that 66-yard TD to JJ. It was the equivalent of Flacco throwing a 5-yard TD pass early in the game, and then firing a horrible pick-six later in the game that seals it for the opposition. Which play are people going to remember?
It was great to see Ed Reed being a big contributor to another Ravens win, though!

Re: Reed Signs with the Jets
Is that Ed Dickson? What the fuck was he so angry about?
Wait, you know what, nevermind. I've got a hundred things to be angry about when it comes to him, so I can only imagine how many things he has to be angry about."Please take with you this final sword, The Excellector. I am praying that your journey will be guided by the light", Leon Shore
