By underachieving I take it you mean stinking up the joint? He's routinely been one of the worst starting tackles in the NFL.

according to PFF they went from the 68th and dead last rated tackle (Adams) to the 60th (Brown).

I think so. It's becoming a little bit more apparent that Monroe was available and the ravens may have beaten the Steelers to the punch.

Again I could be wrong but it appears as if Pitt took the consolation prize.

I'd guess 6th or 7th. This trade makes very little sense for the Steelers. I'd have been surprised to see them take him for free.
