Jacoby's Injury
Is there any word out there about how Jacoby's knee rehab is going? I thought I heard originally it was a 4-6 week recovery time, so since we're in the fourth game I thought right about now we'd start hearing more about how he's doing. I pretty much can't wait to get him back. (Perhaps because I also just started playing Madden 25 and he's a BEAST in that game!)

Re: Jacoby's Injury
I have not heard any news about his injury. At this point, however, it may be best for him to recovery sooner rather than later, for his own sake.

Re: Jacoby's Injury
Jacoby mentioned on his radio show that he was ahead of schedule on the recovery.

Re: Jacoby's Injury
If I'm being optimistic, he plays for the Packers game, Week 6.
Our bye week is Week 8. I have a sneaking suspicion he returns Week 9..

Re: Jacoby's Injury
Depending upon how we look record wise I think it might be wise for Jacoby to come back after the bye week. Steelers game(game before bye week) is always a physical one and if he's not 100% it's not worth it.

Re: Jacoby's Injury
I was wondering the same thing.
If the Doc says OK, suit him up for the Packers game and use him sparingly so they have to game plan for him. Then bring him out full force after the bye, or better still, Week 10.
The Bengals game is coming up and looking to be more and more critical.

Re: Jacoby's Injury
Well, which injury are we talking about here?
His knee?
The wound on his head from Sweet Peat?
Or, his ego from getting hit in the head from a busted white chick named Sweet Pea?Disclaimer: The content posted is of my own opinion.

Re: Jacoby's Injury
With Doss doing a fine job in the return game, Jacoby can focus on playing WR. If he is healthy, he should play. Doesn't matter who the opponent.
