In Caldwell's defense...if Joe makes a semi accurate 5 yard throw, the first drive isn't a 3 and out.

But he isn't doing anything to help out here. It's been incredibly predictable and we don't have the personnel to only rely on execution.

Exactly. We don't have the elite playmakers to excel in any system, so we need to scheme them open to allow them to make plays. I'm not seeing much of that this year.
