    Boldin Today

I am surprised no thread so far. Boldin has 10 catches for 143 yards and a TD in the 3rd quarter.

You can tell me about the business side of the NFL all day long. I will NEVER, never understand the Ravens, with a historically thin and suspect receiving corps, letting Boldin go. This is not like NE letting Welker go. NE can and has replaced him. Not the Ravens.

Check the Sunday Games to watch thread. There's like 10 pages about Boldin.

Ask the mod to merge or delete this thread.

At least 4 pages on it in the Sunday games thread.

I'm watching the game now. Unlike our receiving core (well TEs specifically), both Green Bay and San Fran receivers are catching everything thrown at them.

    But he can't get separation.

    He doesn't have good hands.

    He can't catch.

    Must have been CAM.

All he's doing now is padding his total career yards of over 10,000 yards.

Now it's turning into "well he's only getting open because of the pistol" and "we'll, he's only doing it because he's playing Green Bay"

Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.

It seems every team has a new big bruising TE rookie rumbling around the field catching passes up the middle. Yet the Ravens have to send out an old man and a bum with melted butter on his hands.

Lol, I have to laugh at everybody here who is complaining about the Ravens letting Boldin go.

Seriously, you guys were whining about Boldin the entire 3 years that he was here about how he couldn't gain separation, catch the football, was too slow, had a hard time getting open, etc.

Just go back to last year and look at some of the threads in which people said that the Ravens had to let Boldin go after the year ended because he was being paid too much money for not doing enough.

Now, that the Ravens let him go, everybody is whining about the Ravens not keeping him.

Let be real, most of you guys are hypocrites who wanted Flacco gone, Harbaugh gone, and the entire team cut after every loss and then when we win, everybody is happy and acting like they didn't hate the team the week before.

    Good one.

Boldin's stats. His yardage did go down under CAM. He had 5 1,000 yard seasons
in Arizona. None in Bmore although he just missed it last year. It's going back up
with Caldwell at the end of last season and the POs and now in SF.

I think it is a near certainty that it was indeed Cam.

He just didn't know how to utilize what he had.
