Why draft a guy who was a hell of a receiver in college and can line up all over the field...and then not use him when Dickson was dropping shit left and right?

It seems like they're only looking at him as STs/traditional fullback, but I think he is much more than that.

That would be a horrible misuse of his talents.

He should be used as an H-Back...assuming he becomes competent at run blocking...and it would move us to more of a single back offense.

Hell, I'd even look into using him this year as a short yardage back behind Leach.

I get that he is probably not mentally there though yet, so we'll see if he gets PT from here on out.

And I actually would not be upset if that occurred at all, but I think the chances it happens are approximately 0% at this point. (week 5 or 6 with several similar games as the Denver game, and I would feel differently about the chances)

I'd be shocked if it happened; the Ravens just don't roll that way. But sometimes, that's not necessarily a good thing. Any way you slice it, this is going to be a signature year for John Harbaugh. I hope he rises to the challenge. This year is not going to be like any other year. And in retrospect, the loss of Pitta looms very very large. If it were up to me, I'd roll the dice with the young guys and get a year's worth of experience under their belts. I never really cared for the "oh, I'm willing to give them 4 to 5 weeks to blah blah blah". Dickson isn't a rookie, and neither, by any stretch, is Clark. They've already HAD their shot, and they screwed the pooch in Prime Time. Cut the losses and move on. But hey...that's just me.
