Since when did the US government care about preventing "double-dipping" in the tax code? Cough*capital gains*cough.

But, thanks for the clarification, ASB.

Recent news articles I read were about the senate reviewing the NFL TE status. My limited knowledge was related to this being reported. It doesn't changes facts, just perceptions.

    Look at the operating incomes.

For that you have to factor in the cost of doing buisness (salaries, taxes, property etc).

Baltimore made $50M. By comparison the TB and Detroit owners are only making $2.2 and $2.3 M per year after everythng is said and done...(before profit sharing).

It really shows you how well the Ravens are run that they are experienceing the highest level of success, putting a good product out there, and Bisciotti's still making $50M...

That's AWESOME for any franchise, yet alone a small market team:

    Operating incomes:

    $250M -DAL
    140 - NE
    104 - DC
    81 -Hou
    64- NYG
    53 -NYJ
    50- BAL
    48- Phil

That bodes well for Baltimore football fans and the Ravens.
