I hate Brady, but I hope he's ok.

I hate all these horrible injuries teams are having across the league.
Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.

This is why a win/loss prediction thread on August 14th is sort of premature....

    I hope he's ok, too...

    Agreed.

Should make for an interesting year though. You know some youngin' waiting in the wings is going to step up and convince the coaching staff that they can be the future and better value than the expensive vet they replaced.

    Ryan Mallett anyone?

and the amount of lower extremity injuries is crazy. It's not normal, I read an article over the weekend that showed the spike this year and tried to attribute it to the new CBA rules. Not sure the cause but there have been a lot.

    Hopefully it's just a tweak

I have to admit that I smiled a bit when I saw this earlier. Probably not a big deal though.

Nah...I would rather have him healthy and on the field December 22nd so that I can smile at more images like these:

I hope he's fine. It may limit his karate kicks this year though.
