    Ravens are signing Brandon Stokely

    Good move.

They clearly have been underwhelmed by the competitors at WR.

Although Walsh's system of offense can compensate for lack of talent; however, defense is a different story. According to Walsh, talent on defense was essential and could not be compensated for. What did Walsh do in 1981? He acquired physical and talented players on defense.

Out of all the vet receivers, I like this move the best. He's a savvy route runner with great hands.

He and Brandon Lloyd were the only 2 that made sense out of the free agents IMHO and Lloyd obviously has locker room issues that nobody wants to deal with.

Plus he isn't much of a slot receiver like stokely.

Gotta admit, I kinda love this move.

We really needed a dependable veteran presence there. He's not as big as Boldin (I think) but he has always been a wily gamer. Plus, he always did look good in purple!

Well ill eat crow for thinking this wasnt happening. I like stokley but honestly im not sure he even has much left. I wouldnt be surprised if hes there to force the issue of stepping up and is cut. Also saying that not knowing the contract terms.

From Aaron Wilson's and WNST's twitter...

I like the move after what I saw in Tampa. Not impressed with most of the receivers . I guess the front office wasn't either .

    Should have kept Anquan .
