Re: Around the League
@bylindsayhjones: Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie driven off the field. Put no weight on left leg as he was helped into locker room. #Broncos

Re: Around the League
One of my relatives stayed a diehard Colt fan after they left B-more. I was with him watching the Ravens-Denver playoff game. We were all worried about the Peyton Manning offensive mystique, afraid that he would march down the field against our tired D for the winning TD, etc. He said, (and this is damn near a quote), "This game is over. I've been watching Peyton do this for years. He's about to throw an interception and hand you guys the game. There's a reason he only won one Super Bowl."
"Chin up, chest out."

Re: Around the League
HotInHere, your story pretty much sums up the comments section on that CBS Sports Irsay article.

Re: Around the League
I'm still trying to figure out how Denver is the favorite. If they get home field advantage again, Peyton's going to deal with the same issues.

Re: Around the League
Eagles' WR Riley Cooper has probably ended his NFL career

Even if the league doesnt put the hurting to him, who will want to play with him after this?

It doesn't look like Ed Reed will start Week 1. Love Ed but glad this isn't us this year.
