Just saw where Jeremy Maclin tore up his knee and will miss the season. I guess in perspective Pittas injury is just a setback

I agree. Sucks that he's injured but could be worse.

Yea I'm with you. The selfish side of me is mad he got hurt at all but when putting into perspective and how many concussions he's had previously I think I'm happy this happened for his healths sake and his future.

    Get well Dennis!

    Re: Pitta injury

Maybe Dallas Clark for a tryout to see if he's still got something in the tank (if the DP injury is seriously... fingers crossed its not)?? Caldwell obviously knows Dallas well and he is a spread-out receiving type TE with great hands.

I absolutely love DP, but if I were the Ravens, I'd be a bit apprehensive giving him a big contract. Unfortunately he is kinda injury-prone. Hell now with the TE going over the middle in today's NFL all the time, they are in harm's way and always an injury risk. I predict that the TE position will become similar to RBs. Shelf life is only gonna be 6 good years, and then its time to get a new one.
