Correct. There was never a formal appeal.

If I understand the CBA correctly, the added two games would need to be mitigating circumstances.

The four games is a mandated second strike penalty under the substance abuse policy. So tacking on two games to it tells me there's something extra to go along with the drugs important enough that Von Miller has been desperately trying to keep private.

I wonder if he got caught trying to cheat the test and that's why they're tacking on more than the usual 4 games? Like using someones urine or a whiz-a-nator?

Random, but sounds really plausible to me. "Hey, Miller, good news/bad news - your sample showed no banned substances, but you're also apparently about 4 months pregnant...."
