I'm guessing they will claim, like Casey Anthony, that all the evidence is circumstancial. The only reason we think AH pulled the trigger is because one other man in the car said he did. And the person who said that was asleep around that time and just had it told to him later. It's a bit shaky of a connection, so my guess is they will try like hell to discredit the other two men as reliable sources of information.

Until a matching gun with AH's fingerprints on it, or gunpowder on his clothing, is found, they can't have hard evidence that AH was involved in the shooting, outside of possibly being there. His lawyers could try to make the argument that Wallace got into an argument with Lloyd when they stopped and shot him in anger?

Jury is going to have a hard time looking past the circumstances though. If survellience cameras put him in the area of the crime at the time it was committed, we know he returned with his 2 "accomplices" to his house shortly after with a gun in his waistband, the texts from Lloyd specifically mention AH, not the other two guys...at this point they'd almost have to present another suspect for the jury not to be slanted against him.

Wonder how hard it will be to find an impartial jury?
