For this level of detail in Aaron Hernandez case, there has to be cooperating witnesses
Some defense attorney was saying on TV that there had to be some sort of additional evidence after the first search of Hernandez' home, because they cannot use the same search warrant - or the same reasons for the initial warrant - to go into a home a 2nd time. There has to be more evidence subsequently discovered to get another search warrant, and the speculation is that the evidence came from someone who rolled on Hernandez.

It might not be true that there is a cooperating witness, but that was the speculation prior to the arraignment and murder charge.

Yeah, I guess. I never thought of it that way.

Hmmm, so if AH "capped" a guy, then, in common vernacular, it is called a "hit."
Now I know what a cap hit means... Bc

Sounds like some gang territorial shit to me.

I wouldnt be surprised in the least if major gang connections come out in all of this.

His demeanor in the court room screams sociopath IMO. No remorse.

There was a video shot of Hernandez's hand with a tattoo of "Blood" in the courtroom. I have no doubt that he affiliates with gang members. Seems like a low life thug to me.

Yep. If he goes to prison and isn't tough, he won't be a tight end for long.

How much of a Cap hit are the Patriots incurring by cutting him?

I saw that too. I was wondering what they were zooming in on. At first, I thought it was just his tattoos then I saw the word BLOOD.

Something like $8 mill next year. This year? Not sure...they may have grounds to pursue getting any bonuses back.

Adam Shefter tweeted that since he was cut after June 1, there's no relief for the team to recoup any bonus money and, technically, they are on the hook for money due this year as well.

If true and if I were the Pats, I'd say "F you" and make Hernandez come after the rest of the money.

Knowing Kraft there is no way he's going to write a check without a court order.

Heard on SXMNFL that it's just over $5 Million but I cannot find a link confirming that.
