If he is held on obstruction of justice charges, he will make bail and might have to wear a GPS bracelet. If he is held on murder charges, there will be no bail...obviously

If I'm the prosecutor and I hear the defense publicly state that pending charges are bogus, I'm going to bring them back to reality and serve the warrant.

FWIW someone on the Pats forum claims to know someone in State Police, and they are saying he's gonna get charged with Murder 1 and Obstruction of Justice.
