Thinking about it, most of the big guys don't really need to be slim now, because they are going to slim down in training camp and as the season progresses. You don't want them too slim.

Daryl Smith looks very smooth already after just signing with the #Ravens last week. Working with the first team at inside linebacker.
Not surprised. Smith, Brown, McClain, and Bynes should be a nice ILB rotation.

Not only that, but he is probably aiming to play around 340-345lbs. It could also mean he will be playing NT more this season. Additionally, he prob didnt get to do much conditioning after dealing with a knee injury all year and hurting it again during the SB.

@AVP1983 Lots of rotating, but no major surprises. Gradkowski at C, T. Smith/J. Jones at WRs, Bynes/D. Smith at ILBs

    Luke Jones ‏@BaltimoreLuke
Ed Dickson made a nice catch for a big gain in team drills. His reemergence in the passing game would be a plus. #Ravens
    Haloti is still recovering

Haloti Ngata said he just began running a few weeks ago after rehabbing the knee injury suffered in the Super Bowl. #Ravens

Joe Flacco said this is the best the #Ravens have looked on offense at this stage of the offseason.

Maybe Castillo has some influence too...

Really this is a group that knows each other well, missing Boldin and Leach but otherwise pretty much intact. Add some young WRs who want to make the team and know there's at least one spot open.

Yeah I'm sure he's helping too. I agree they are just picking up where they left off.

I got pretty excited when I read this.... :)

    Baltimore Ravens ‏@Ravens 33m
Haloti Ngata says he plans on battling Terrell Suggs for DPOY honors this year. RT with your pick on who wins.
