Re: OTA Tidbits
Doss is basically a lock to make the roster. Reed probably is too barring injury.
Given that they re-signed Ihedigbo and are giving Corey Graham an expanded role on defense, Ihedigbo is most likely a lock as they will expect him to be our leader on special teams. Same thing with Berry. Unless he really shines on teams this summer, Allen will beat him out once again. Certain positions like 3rd RB, 4th-6th WR/CB and back-up LB and Safety, what you bring to special teams is more important than potential on offense or defense.
I also don't think they keep 3 QBs, Hanie is a glorified camp arm, unless he sets the world on fire during TC, he's not long for this roster.

Re: OTA Tidbits
Peyton Manning would be among the league leaders in passing stats, in any era of football. Anytime, anywhere. He is about the least "system-dependent QB" in the history of football. There is no passing offense that's been invented anywhere, that Peyton Manning would not excel at.

Re: OTA Tidbits
I would actually like to commend Courtney Upshaw for being forthcoming with his situation. Without going into detail, he admitted that there were some issues and acknowledged that he needs to be in better shape, which shows that he is beginning to focus now.
We don't know what is going on. For example, many people criticized LeBron James during his last playoff series in Cleveland. However, we later found out that his own mother was sleeping with a teammate. That type of shit can fuck with your head.
He's not the first Raven defender to come in as a rookie and struggle with his weight. Haloti had that issue and Terrell had it too. You actually have to learn how to keep yourself into NFL, but you don't learn that until you actually get into the NFL. Now, is this becoming a trend? The hard reality is yes. However, I am willing to be patient with Upshaw."Please take with you this final sword, The Excellector. I am praying that your journey will be guided by the light", Leon Shore

Re: OTA Tidbits
If he does play well this year, I hope the Ravens lock him up to a long term deal before he hits his contract year, like they did with Webb. Jimmy Smith is going to be the type of player (if he has a big year) that will command top tier money because of his size, age, and how that type of corner will be heavily coveted by teams because of his size and skillset that fit in perfectly with today's NFL. The Ravens could avoid the head ache and pay him early, and let Graham walk (as much as I like him, he's likely going to want big money if he has another stellar year). I know that would be a lot of money tied into our CBs, but in today's league its all about pass rushers and corners.

Re: OTA Tidbits
At this point I have to think the Ravens are going to cut Tyson. It is probably going to be either Tyson or Cody. Team can't carry 8 guys for 3 spots. McPhee is being looked at as an OLB as well.
If One of the other guys shows that he will be able to play center should GG get hurt or be ineffective, they may cut AQ.
Not sure I see Bryant making the team. I have not heard much about him. Hoping Nigel Carr steps up.
